All paid orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and you will receive a notification email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
All Singapore orders are shipped via our courier partner, UrbanFox. In the event where our courier partner may not be able to call you, please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the shipment can be received and signed for.
If our courier is unable to get a signature, they may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a place they deem to be safe. They will attempt to redeliver your order up to two times.

• If it's your first time shopping with us in Singapore, we'll include a SmartPac in your order, so you can easily exchange or return an item.
• Existing customers in Singapore can opt to have a SmartPac with their orders for a small cost. Simply select this shipping option at checkout.
