Your orders will continue to be delivered to you during this period. Please allow for delays in deliveries due to disruptions in logistics and transportation.
Exchanges and Returns - Singapore
We've updated our exchange and return policy to make exchanges and returns a little easier for you during this period. Here are some ways you can shop online with an ease of mind:
-If it's your first time shopping with us in Singapore, we'll include an additional SmartPac in your order, so you can easily exchange or return an item
-Existing customers in Singapore can opt to have an additional SmartPac with their orders for just $5.50 (for orders below $120) and $3.80 (for orders above $120) - simply select this shipping option at checkout.

Our Showroom, Community and Events
Our showroom has now re-opened. Keeping our staff and our customers safe remains our top priority, and we have enhanced hygiene practices at our showroom to create a safe and seamless environment to browse our capsules.
The following health and safety measures will be put in place and we ask that you follow these measures at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of yourself and our staff.
-We will be implementing SafeEntry protocols at our showroom to assist with the government’s efforts in contact tracing. Our staff will remind you and your guest(s) to scan the QR code and to check in when you’re visiting us.
-Capacity at our showroom will be limited to accommodate safe distancing. We ask that you do not bring more than 3 friends or loved ones when visiting us. Please inform us that you’ll be bringing companions when making an appointment to visit.
-Staff and customers are required to practice proper distancing (at least 1 metre). This means that our staff will not be able to help you with adjusting or styling the garments when you’re trying them on.
-We will not be offering any alteration services at the moment, due to the level of proximity and contact this service requires.
-We are enhancing our cleaning protocols, including sanitisation of high-touch surfaces after every transaction and use.
-Fittings rooms will be disinfected between each use.
-Clothing will be steamed after each fitting.
Personal Hygiene of Staff and Shoppers
-As per government standards – our staff will be required to wear face masks at all times.
-We ask that you wear a face mask when visiting our showroom, and use the hand sanitizers provided to sanitize your hands regularly.
-Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell.
-As always, we will only be offering cashless payments options at our showroom.
-We highly recommend using contactless payment modes like PayNow or PayLah.
-If you would like to pay via Debit or Credit card, we ask that you hold your card for our staff to assist with check out.
All events have been postponed. If there is anything you would like to see from us in a digital format, we’re open to your suggestions.
